342点中第1位という、大変すばらしい結果です。
このお酒は、今年から生酛にリニューアルしたのですが、杜氏曰く、「しぼった時に凄みを感じた」と。だから出品を決めたとのことでした。
自分たちも納得の、大変すばらしい出来です。

What a surprise!!!”16th Kurouemon Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki” won the Trophy in the IWC Junmai Ginjo category. This is very wonderful result.We renewed this sake to be brewed with “Kimoto” method in this year. Toji said “I felt the greatness of the sake when I pressed it”.
